  • Lack of sleep can result in headaches, so make sure that your child gets enough sleep. 
  • To prevent dehydration, ask your child to drink plenty of water. 
  • If your child gets scared at night or cannot sleep because of nightmares, then ask him to do some exercise or meditation in the morning. 
  • If your child suffers from migraines, then maintain as much silence as possible around him. 
  • Ice compression on the forehead can relieve headaches in children. 
  • If the sound of the TV, bright light, or physical stress increases the problem of headache in your child, then keep him away from these things.
