Eczema is called a problem of itching in simple words. In this condition, the person has problems like skin rashes, itching, and burning sensation on the skin. In some people, inflammation also occurs with itching. Eczema generally affects the skin on any part of your body. In some people, the problem of eczema resolves on its own without any treatment and natural remedies. But in some people, eczema can become very serious and infectious, so its timely treatment is necessary. Ayurvedic treatment is very effective in relieving eczema.   • Use of Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri)- Brahmi is a very beneficial Ayurvedic herb. It has numerous medicinal properties that can relieve eczema. Regular use of Brahmi reduces skin related problems. Such as itching, redness or rashes on the skin, etc. Use this herb on the affected area and leave it for some time, then clean it. Repeat this process two or three times a week. 
  • Use of Coconut Oil – There are many effective extracts in coconut oil that reduces the problems like itching and burning. Coconut oil works as a medicinal remedy for skin problems. Apply coconut oil on the part affected by eczema and leave it and wash it after a few hours. In general, coconut oil works as a medicine for skin infections or itching problems. According to research, coconut oil is very beneficial in eczema, as it relieves inflammation and redness. 
  • Use of Tulsi (Basil) – Tulsi is considered an effective Ayurvedic treatment. It has been used for chronic skin problems since ancient times. Tulsi is used in the treatment of eczema as it minimizes itching, burning, and redness. Tulsi is rich in antioxidants and antiseptic properties. It protects the skin by preventing infections. For its use, extract the juice of tulsi leaves and apply it on the affected area with the help of a cloth. Repeat this process twice a week. 
  • Use of Oatmeal – Oatmeal is effective in reducing weight, and at the same time, it is beneficial in reducing the problem of eczema. Oatmeal has a high amount of anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that are considered helpful in treating eczema. You use it in the form of tea for this, prepare it like a tea, and let it cool down, then apply it on the affected area for 20 minutes.  
  • Use of Aloe Vera Gel – Aloe vera is an Ayurvedic herb that is used in many health problems. Aloe vera gel helps in keeping the skin healthy. Aloe vera gel is used extensively for skin related problem. It has many anti-inflammatory properties that prevent itching and infection on the skin. Use aloe vera gel daily on the skin to cure eczema; by doing your skin condition will start improving in a few days.  
  • Use of Turmeric – Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that are beneficial in relieving other health problems also along with skin disorders. Turmeric helps to enhance the beauty of the skin. Also, it is beneficial in reducing itching, redness, and rashes on the skin. Turmeric is an herb that helps reduce eczema symptoms. To use turmeric, prepare a paste of turmeric and mix some rose water and fresh milk in it and apply it on the affected parts; clean it after 15 or 20 minutes. Repeat this process twice a week. 
  • Use of alsi (Flaxseeds) – Flaxseeds are considered to be a highly effective Ayurvedic herb. It is beneficial for your overall health as well as helps to cure eczema. Flaxseeds have many medicinal properties, so it is useful to use in eczema. Prepare a paste of flaxseeds and mix a little bit of lemon juice, apply it on the affected area and leave it for some time, clean up after some time. Also, you can apply flaxseeds mixed with oil to the affected area. Flaxseeds are very effective in treating eczema.
