Dr. Saxena has over 30 years of experience in the field of Cardiology. Since joining Escorts Heart Institute in 1989, he has been actively involved in setting up the department of Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Saxena is one of the pioneers in implantation of ICD and biventricular pacemakers in the country, and has one of the largest experience in this field. Dr. Saxena has been performing electrophysiological studies and Radio Frequency Catheter Ablation for various cardiac arrhythmias for over 20 years, with thousands of successful procedures to his credit.
