PRIVACY POLICY
Any term not defined in the present Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning, as attributed to it in the Terms of Use, for the purpose of interpretation and understanding of the present Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if any term is specifically defined in the present Privacy Policy, the said term shall have the meaning attributed to it in the Privacy Policy.

1.COVERAGE & RIGHT TO AMEND
- 1.1.This Privacy Policy ("Policy") shall apply to all Users and Practitioners accessing the Site.
- 1.2.The Company does not knowingly collect information from persons below the age of 18 ("Child"), except the information which is provided by the Guardian of the Children through his/ her account. If you are a Child, please do not provide us with any information about yourself.
- 1.3.The Company or any person, who on behalf of the Company collects, receives, possesses, stores, deals or handles personal information of the provider of information, shall be covered by this Policy for handling of or dealing in personal information including sensitive personal information.
- 1.4. Nothing contained in this Policy shall have the effect of altering the provisions of any law for the time being in force in India.
- 1.5.The Company reserves the right to alter / modify / amend this Policy and to apply any such changes to information previously collected, as permitted by law. The Company shall not be responsible for any personal information that is indirectly or incidentally procured through such sources or the information that is available in the public domain.

We will retain your information for as long as your account with the Company is active and as needed to provide you with the Services. We shall not retain such information for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force. After a period of time, your data may be anonymized and aggregated, and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us, as permitted under the laws of India, to provide our Services effectively, but our use of the anonymized data will solely be for analytic purposes.
- 3.8.If you have accidently submitted any such sensitive personal data or information to the Company prior to reading the privacy statements set out herein, and you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, then you may access, modify and delete such information by using the options provided on the Site. In addition, you can, send a request by using the Contact Us form on our Site and inquire whether the Company is in possession of your personal data, and you can request the Company to delete and destroy all such information.

- 4.6.The Company may, in future, include other optional requests for information from the User or Practitioner to help the Company customize the Site to deliver personalized information and services to the User or Practitioner.

5.COLLECTION AND USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
- 5.1.The Company must collect, maintain, possess and process personal information including sensitive personal information through its Site for the following general purposes:
- 5.1.1.To verify your identity and to check the veracity of information provided by you;
- 5.1.2.To verify the identity of any third party and to check veracity of such information as provided by you or for you at your behest;

- 5.2.1.4.For smooth processing of the payment;
- 5.2.1.5.Review and enhance the quality of our Services;
- 5.2.1.6.Make disclosures as required by or in compliance with reasonable requests by regulatory bodies, or as otherwise required by law or regulation;
- 5.2.1.7.Assist in the detection of any illegal activity;
- 5.2.1.8.Send SMS, emails and notifications on your registered mobile number and email address pertaining to your registration, use of the Services, advertising and promotions activities.
- 5.2.2.User Medical Information:
- 5.2.2.1.In addition to the User Account related information, you may voluntarily choose to provide information to the Practitioners pertaining to your medical conditions, medical history, medical records, including medical reports including but not limited to lab tests, x-rays, and such other health records and any other information ("User Medical Information"). Collectively, the User Account Information, the User generated content, the Practitioner generated content and the User Medical Information will be referred to as "User Information".
- 5.2.2.2.The User Medical Information enables the Practitioner to access their previous medical history and health related information.
- 5.2.2.3.While the Company takes utmost care with respect to the security of the information you decide to upload, you understand that any information that you disclose on the Site is at your own risk. By uploading / sharing / disclosing your User Information on the Site, you hereby give your consent to the Company to store the User Information on the Company's servers.
- 5.2.2.4.The Company will retain such User Information you upload on the Site for as long as it is needed;
- 5.2.2.4.1.To fulfil the service you seek to avail through the Site;
- 5.2.2.4.2.For commercial purposes after converting the aforesaid information into non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes;
- 5.2.2.4.3.Understanding software usage patterns for improving the Services
- 5.2.2.4.4.And for such other period as permitted under the laws of India.
- 5.2.3.Usage history:
- 5.2.3.1.The usage of the Services on the Site, including the history of the appointments made by or with you and any other information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us (such as information shared by you with us through emails or letters), through the use of the Services, are stored in the Company's servers.
- 5.2.3.2.Such data is maintained for the purpose of administration of Services, customer support, research and development and for better listing of Practitioners and Labs.
- 5.2.4.Transcripts of video and phone calls between Users and Practitioners:
- 5.2.4.1.The records of electronic communications through the video and phone medium may be stored in the Company's servers and also on the servers of the third party, who are providing the communication services.
- 5.2.4.2.Such records are maintained for the purpose of administration of Services, customer support, research and development and for better listing of Practitioners.
- 5.2.5.The Company may also collect some "incidental information" about you, which includes, without limitation Device and usage information:
- 5.2.5.1.IP address of the Device used to connect to the internet;
- 5.2.5.2.Internet browser and its version;
- 5.2.5.3.Operating system type;
- 5.2.5.4.Device event information such as caches, system activity, hardware settings, browser language and the date and time of your request and referring URL;
- 5.2.5.5.Cookies and/or pixel tags may be placed on your Device when you visit certain parts of our Site.
- 5.2.5.6.Device and usage information and other information that does not personally identify the Users as an individual, is collected by the Company from the Users (such as, patterns of utilization) and is exclusively owned by the Company. The Company may also use such information in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for:

- 5.2.7.1.Every Practitioner will have to register and create an Account ("Practitioner Account") to start using our Practitioner Services. When you create a Practitioner Account, you are required to enter your name, email address, mobile number, password, date of birth, gender, registration number, and certain other sensitive personal information collected by the Company (collectively "Practitioner Account Information"). The Practitioner Account Information, the Practitioner generated content or any other information generated, directly or indirectly, with respect to the Practitioner Account, during the process of obtaining Practitioner Services by the Practitioner, or otherwise shall be referred to as the Practitioner Information.
- 5.2.7.2.The Company may also use Practitioner information in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for:
- 5.2.7.2.1.Research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, and may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates.
- 5.2.7.2.2.Research and development purpose.
- 5.2.7.2.3.Contacting the Practitioners for taking feedback to improve our services.
- 5.2.7.2.4.Understanding software usage patterns for improving the Services
- 5.2.8.Practitioner Profile:
- 5.2.8.1.Your personal profile describing your credentials, experience, academic background, awards, papers published, clinic address, contact details, hospital associations, availability, reviews and such other personally identifiable information shall be available for viewing by the Users and will be considered as information available in the public domain being non-confidential and non-proprietary. Providing additional information in your personal profile beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional and can be edited or deleted by you at any time.
- 5.2.8.2.The Practitioner Profile, listed on the Site is not generated by the Company and is provided to the Company by Practitioners who wish to enlist themselves on the Site, or is collected by the Company from the public domain. The Company displays such information on its Site on an "as is" basis making no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the information. The Company will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information.
- 5.2.8.3.The Practitioner Profile is used to help the Practitioners describe and identify themselves to provide User Services. This information is exclusively owned by the Company. The Company may also use such information for:
- 5.2.8.3.1.Contacting Practitioners for marketing and offering new products or services.
- 5.2.8.3.2.Understanding software usage patterns for improving services.
- 5.2.8.3.3.Analyzing and sharing anonymized information with 3rd parties for commercial use.
- 5.2.8.3.4.sending SMS, emails and notifications on your registered mobile number and email address pertaining to your registration, use of the services and promotions that are undertaken by the Company.
- 5.2.9.Practitioner verification details:
- 5.2.9.1.Pursuant to registration as a Practitioner on the Site, you need to provide certain information that enables us to verify your credentials and activate certain User Services. The information includes but is not limited to:
- 5.2.9.1.1.Registration number and issuing authority
- 5.2.9.1.2.Medical registration copy
- 5.2.9.1.3.Latest certificate of medical degree
- 5.2.9.1.4.Government identification
- 5.2.9.1.5.Copy of the prescription pad
- 5.2.9.1.6.Business card
- 5.2.9.2.These verification details help the Company or any 3rd party service provider appointed by the Company to validate and verify your credentials prior to listing your information on the Site.
- 5.2.9.1.Pursuant to registration as a Practitioner on the Site, you need to provide certain information that enables us to verify your credentials and activate certain User Services. The information includes but is not limited to:
- 5.2.10.Lab Information:
- 5.2.10.1.The Company also obtains information from the Labs regarding the tests, their description, instruction details, their price, the discounts, address, contact details and such other information. This information listed on Site is displayed when Users search for Labs to book a medical test. Any information of the Lab, listed on the Site is not generated by the Company and is provided to the Company by Labs who wish to enlist themselves on the Site, or is collected by the Company from the public domain. The Company displays such information on its Site on an "as is" basis making no representation or warranty on the accuracy or completeness of the information. The Company will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information.
- 5.2.11.When anyone visits the Site, as per the communication standards of the internet, our systems also log information like your browser, operating system and IP address and name of your ISP. The linkage between your IP address and your personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may share some of the aggregate findings (not the specific data) in anonymized form (i.e., non-personally identifiable) with advertisers, sponsors, investors, strategic partners, analytic companies and others in order to help grow its business and to analyse overall trends to improve Services.
- 5.2.12.The Site uses technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), web beacons, and unique device identifiers to identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. The cookies however, do not store any personal information of the User or Practitioner.
- 5.2.13.We may use third party website analytics services to understand how our Services are used. These website analytics services do not collect personal information that you do not voluntarily enter into the Site. These services do not track your browsing habits across websites, which do not use their services. We are using the information collected from these services to find usability problems and thereby improve our services. The recordings will never identify you or your account.
- 5.2.14.At times, the Company conducts a User survey to collect information about Users' preferences. These surveys are optional and if the Users choose to respond, their responses will be kept anonymous. The information that the Company collects in the surveys is used to help the Company improve its Services to meet the needs and preferences of the Users and for marketing and advertising purposes.
- 5.2.15.If the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information and sensitive personal information held by the Company about its Users and Practitioners will be one of the transferred assets. Any third party to which the Company transfers or sells its assets to, will have the right to continue to use the personal information, sensitive personal information and other information that the Users and Practitioners provide to us, after following the reasonable standard of security in accordance with the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy and the laws of India.
- 5.2.16.Company will only use your personal information including sensitive personal information for the above stated purposes of conducting necessary and helpful business functions. We shall ensure that necessary systems are in place to protect the privacy of your personal information and to use it only for legitimate purposes. You also have a responsibility to keep your personal data correct and accurate.

Transfer personal information, including sensitive personal information, to our service providers for verification and validation, when you register as a Practitioner or you apply for a job with us or enter a contest. 6.2.5Agencies providing technology hosting services, email hosting services, video solution services, audio solution services, messaging services, payment gateway services, technology development services, site maintenance services Exchange personal information, including sensitive personal information, with web hosting infrastructure providers, application service providers, data centre service providers, email hosting provider, video and audio technology service providers, messaging solution provider, payment gateway service provider and website developer and maintainer to enable the Company to provide Services as per the Terms of Use. 6.2.6Professional services providers Exchange personal information, including sensitive personal information, with legal, audit, banking, insurance, accounting services, technology and data processing companies for various statutory compliances and protection of our rights and interests. 6.2.7Purchaser or assignee of the Company Disclosure of personal information, including sensitive personal information- - to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the website;

8.REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES
- 8.1.The Company and any person/ service provider on behalf of the Company respects all personal information provided to us, and takes all reasonable steps towards protection of the same. We ensure that security systems are in place to protect the privacy of your personal information and to use it only for legitimate purposes. We have implemented industry standard security technologies, and use reasonable administrative, technical, physical security procedures and organizational measures, with the objective of protecting your privacy from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, and we periodically review the same. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of personally identifiable information transmitted to us.
- 8.2.We shall not be responsible for any security breaches which are beyond our reasonable control. We assume no responsibility if any User or Practitioner uses unsecured means of communication while sharing his personal information including sensitive personal information with us. We also assume no responsibility for any data loss or theft due to unauthorized access to the User's or Practitioner's electronic devices through which the User or the Practitioner avails the Services, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by the User or the Practitioner on this account.
- 8.3.No administrator at the Company will have knowledge of your password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone. It is important for you to protect your password, your computer and your mobile phone from unauthorised access. Be sure to log off from the Site when finished or when using a shared computer. The Company does not undertake any liability for any unauthorised use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify the Company by sending an email or through the Contact Us form on the Site. You shall be liable to indemnify the Company due to any loss suffered by it due to such unauthorized use of your account and password.
- 8.4.Notwithstanding the above, the Company is not responsible for any breach committed by the Practitioners or the Labs, with respect to the Personal Information and Personal Sensitive Information shared with them for the purpose, as mentioned above, as they are independent parties and the Company has no control over their functioning.
- 8.5.The Company shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User or Practitioner etc.
- 8.6.Notwithstanding the above, the Company is not responsible for breach of security or for any actions of the Practitioners or of member of their Workforce. The Practitioners must maintain appropriate security with regard to all personnel, systems, and administrative processes used by them or members of their Workforce to transmit, store and process the User Information through the use of the Site and the System.

9.REFUSAL TO GIVE CONSENT, OPT OUT AND WITHDRAWAL
- 9.1.In case of your refusal to provide the desired personal information and data including sensitive personal information, or withdrawal of your consent at any point of time, the Company at its discretion may take such action(s) as available to Company under Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, including suspension or deletion of the User Account or ceasing to provide any further Services to you.
