Dr. Shantwana has completed DNB (Ophthalmology) from Deen dayal Upadhyay Hospital, New Delhi in 2010. Dr. Shantwana is a life member of All Assam Ophthalmological Society, Delhi Ophthalmological Society (36308), Indian Ophthalmological Society and Indian Medical Council.
