He further pursued a Diploma in Orthopaedics from College of Physicians & Surgeons of Mumbai, M.S. - Orthopaedics and D.N.B.E. - Orthopaedics. He was awarded a fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow. He has over 19 years of rich experience in the field of Orthopaedics including 3 years of international experience during which he has worked with East Glamorgan Hospital, Cardiff, U.K. and Prince of Wales Orthopaedic Hospital, Cardiff, U.K.

He is one of the first surgeons in Mumbai to do Minimally Invasive Total Hip & Knee Replacement which is a very newly introduced technique internationally. He has designed instruments and described techniques for the same. Winner of the A. K. Talwalkar Prize for standing first in M.S. Orthopaedics. Winner of the K. T. Dholakia Best Paper Presentation Award for Minimally Invasive Cemented Total Hip Replacement in New Delhi. He has been invited as a speaker for a number of conferences. He has been invited a guest lecturer for a number of courses by International Universities.
