Introduction

Dr. Jay Shah has over 10 years experience in Orthopaedic surgery. He spent 2 years at Princess Alexandra Hospital working with Mr. Mahaluxmivala, Mr. Kutty and Mr. Alexander Amini, refining his skills and dealing with complex and revision arthroplasty procedures. He continued working in the Joint reconstruction unit at the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, UK. Dr. Shah traveled to the world-renowned Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, USA to gain further insight into the management of failed and painful joint replacements and in managing the complex joint infections with Dr Javad Parvizi. Dr. Jay Shah has achieved the Edinburgh Specialist Surgical Qualification (ESSQ) – M.Ch. (Trauma & Orthopaedics) with distinction.
