Dr Maheema Atul Bhaskar is working as a Visiting Consultant Pulmonology at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital since July 2015. She has more than 20 years experience post MD and teaching experience of over 12 years in Mumbai municipal medical college a She is interested in lung cancer management and have experienced in flexible bronchoscopy biopsy and brushings and keen in thoracic endoscopy including medical thoracoscopy; diagnostic and therapeutic i.e.pleurodhesis. She has completed a course in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy at the VU university medical center at Amsterdam including EBUS and pleuroscopy at Singapore .During her tenure at BMC She has been responsible in the management of intensive respiratory care unit. She is also very keen on research and was previously a faculty member with LTMMC & King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai including the environment pollution research cell at KEMH Also trained in pediatric bronchoscopy at Hsmburg Germany.
