Dr Sidhva is a visting Honorary Radiologist and Ultrasonologist, and Head Section of Ultrasound and Colour Doppler at the B.D. Petit Parsee General Hospital, Mumbai. He has more than 30 years of experience as a Medical Radiologist and Ultrasonologist. He is also a visiting Honorary Ultrasonologist at Soonawala Clinic, Mumbai. He has been a faculty member and lecturer at various prestigious institutions such as Sir J.J. Hospital Mumbai and Society of Academic Radiologists of Mumbai. He has numerous publications on Radiology and Imaging to his credit.

Visiting Consultant Ultrasonologist at the Breach Candy Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai from 1993 to 2012. He is currently practicing at Sidhva X-Ray Clinic Mumbai and also visits B.D. Petit Parsi General Hospital, Masina Hospital, Soonawala Clinic. He is also a consultant Radiologist and Ultrasonologist to Air India, the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (T.I.F.R) and State Bank of India. He is Honorary Consultant to Family Planning Association of India.

Passed the Diploma in Medical Radiodiagnosis(I) in 1985, standing First in the University of Bombay. Created record for all-time high marks obtained at this examination. Passed the Diploma in Medical Radiodiagnosis (II) in 1986, standing Second in the University of Bombay. Passed the M.D. (Radiodiagnosis) Examination in 1988, Standing Third in the University of Bombay.
