Dr. Pravina Shah is the past president of the Indian Epilepsy Society and the Secretary of the Indian Epilepsy Association (Mumbai Chapter). Dr. Shah has also been bestowed with the social Accomplishment Award by the International League Against Epilepsy and International Bureau for Epilepsy in 2011, an honour that is given only once in 2 years to one person in the world who has contributed to the cause of Epilepsy.
