Dr. Jawahar Ticku has done MBBS from I G Medical College in 1975 and MD (Oncology) from Post Graduate Medical Education & Research Institute, Chandigarh. Dr. Ticku has completed CCST from Royal College, UK and Fellowship in Clinical Oncology from Ratan Tata Cancer Hospital, Mumbai in 1981. Dr. Ticku has worked with Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar as ez-professor in Clinical Oncology and as Chairman Clinical Oncology with King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital, Jeddah, KSA & SSVH, Subroto Park, New Delhi. Dr. Ticku is a Life Member of Association of Radiation and Clinical Oncologists of India and Association of Medical Physicists of India, Indian Medical Association, Associate member of Surgical Oncologists of India and Founder Member of Rotary Club, New Delhi. Dr. Ticku has vast experience of over 34 years working with reputed Institutes such as Riyadh Medical Complex, Royal College of UK, Batra Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Super Speciality Veterans Hospital, Institute of Medical sciences, Srinagar, SMHS Hospital & Government Medical College, Srinagar, etc. Dr. Ticku has keen interest in Oncology with special expertise in hematology and medical management of cancer, investigation & diagnosis, chemotherapeutic management of solid and hematological malignancies, concomitant chemo and radiotherapy and conformal radiation therapy.
