Dr Janhvi Mehta has done her post graduation in Ophthalmology ( DNB Ophthalmology) from Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre Mumbai, after which she joined Sankara Netralaya -Chennai for 2 years as Fellow in Retina Surgery and Research. She worked and trained under the leaders in the field and obtained extensive experience in Medical and Surgical retinal disorders. She was invited for a long term Retina fellowship program offered by the European Society of Advanced Studies in Ophthalmology where she built her expertise under the guidance of Dr Ursula Schmidt- Erfurth a stalwart in the field and a world renowned retina surgeon . Dr Janhvi Mehta is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Glasgow and specialises in Phacoemulsificaton Cataract Surgery,Medical and Surgical Retina,Retinopathy of Prematurity and Uveitis. She has made presentations in national and international meetings over the past years.
