Introduction

Dr Atul Rane has an experience of around 5 years as a Consultant Paediatrician and also works in the field of Paediatric Pulmonology at the esteemed Bai Jerbai wadia Hospital for children as a Research Associate. Dr Atul's special interests are Paediatric Allergy, Childhood Asthma, Flexible Bronchoscopy, Cystic Fibrosis and other chronic lung problems in Children. He heads the Paediatric Chest Clinic at thane Hospital. He is trained in Flexible Bronchoscopy, Allergy and Lung Function Testing at Summer School of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine 2018 in Europe. He did his post graduation in Paediatrics from Seth G.S.Medical college and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai. He did his residency posts at Wadia hospital; which is tertiary health care setup exclusively for Children in Mumbai. During residency he worked in multiple Paediatric Subspeciality departments like Paediatric Cardiology, Paediatric Neurology, Paediatric Endocrinology, Infectious diseases division and others. After post graduation, he has worked as Senior resident at a teaching institute for 1 year. Before Joining Hiranandani Hospital in September 2017, Dr Atul has worked in the Navi Mumbai area in private sector for over 1 year and had his own Polyclinic.
