The cancer center introduced the first Elekta Versa HD Radiation Machine in the state of Maharashtra, which is equipped with the Agility™ for high-speed, high precision beam shaping to support particularly accurate tumor targeting and improved healthy tissue preservation.

HCG Cancer Centre has a clinical team comprising of highly qualified, trained, and experienced Surgical Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists,  radiologists, and nuclear medicine physicians, who are available round-the-clock for extensive patient service.

The medical oncology facility consists of a daycare Chemotherapy ward, offering an extensive range of formulary for all oncology needs. The medical oncology department is also provided with a specially trained nursing staff to execute various treatment plans like targeted therapy, high dose chemotherapy, and biological therapy.

The ultra-modern surgical oncology facility caters to all oncology sub-specialties like Head & Neck, Gynaecology, Urology,  Orthopaedics and more. The hospital OT complex contains four major and one minor OTs which are equipped with the latest equipment.

HCG cancer center has a dedicated hemato oncology unit with a BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) program for autologous and allogeneic transplants. The nuclear medicine department has a PET-CT machine for widespread cancer and diagnosis, and the department offers high dose isotope therapies for prostate and thyroid cancers.

The radiology unit offers various round the clock advanced diagnosis facilities like CT, X-Ray, mammography, color Doppler and sonography. The cancer center is equipped with an ultra-modern ICU with all the latest technology for critical care management with dedicated intensivists for the clock. The ICU also has isolation wards for cases with highly contagious diseases.
