Dr. Rama Joshi has a rich experience in the field of gynae-oncology and her areas of interest includes clinical research, radical surgeries for all diagnosed, suspicious and recurrent gyanecological cancers as well as management of gynaecological pre-cancerous lesions. Prior to joining Fortis, Dr. Rama Joshi was associated with B.L.K. Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi as Senior Consultant & HOD – Gynae Oncology where she had set up the entire department of Gynae Oncology.

Member of the International Gynecological Cancer Society (IGCS). Honorary Secretary General for the Association of Gynecologic Oncologists of India. Life Member of the Association of Gynecologic Oncologists of India and the Indian Society of Oncology. Member of Steering Committee for ‘Standard Treatment Guidelines’ for Gynecological Cancers, proposed by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and ICMR Guidelines on Management of Ovarian Cancer.
