The human body is comparable to a machine and thus like any machine, it also requires regular maintenance and cleaning.   • Drinking water in the morning: The natural way to eliminate the toxins from the body is to drink a glass the water early in the morning. When we drink water before going to sleep and even during the day time, it helps our body remove the toxic substances naturally. Drinking water with an empty stomach leads to removal of toxins via the excretory system. 
  • Peaceful sleep: For eradicating the harmful toxins from the body, getting a good sleep is important. Sleeping well during the night helps in detoxification.   • Eating less sugars:  Eating a lot of sugars is harmful for the body, thus keeping a check on the sugars we eat is required. Avoiding sugars is important. Sugars in a large amount affects the insulin level of the body and increases the chances of diabetes. Eating healthy food and having a balanced diet helps us stay fit.
  • Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps in elimination of toxins from the body. Stretching exercises are very effective in detoxification of the body. Nowadays, people are too busy so that they have no time for exercise due to which they are prone to many diseases. Exercise makes us fit and healthy.
  • Drinking green tea: Green tea is effective in the removal of toxins from the body. Green tea contains anti-oxidants which help in detoxification of the body.
