No. LogintoHealth is designed to handle non-emergency medical issues only. You should NOT use our services if you are experiencing a medical emergency.  In case of any emergency, please contact your primary physician or visit your nearest hospital.

Yes, LogintoHealth can be accessed on all devices: Computers, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Phones with Internet connections. However, video consultations are possible only on computers, laptops and tablets using either Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera browsers (latest versions) and Android mobile phones using Chrome or Firefox browsers. However, we are working on our native iOS app and will be launching that shortly. We suggest reading our FAQs on How to join a video call for more details.

With very few exceptions, LogintoHealth is accessible from virtually anywhere that has an Internet connection or India based number that can receive calls back. 

Yes. Users must be at least 18 years of age. In case of minors, a guardian must conduct the medical consultation on their behalf.
