Yes, LogintoHealth maintains a complete record of all your visits – visit date, name of the provider, prescription provided (if any), and documents shared by you, which is available to you for review, in your Message Centre.
Having access to health information is important to providers and helps them provide timely and informed care for your specific health needs. If you don’t want to maintain your health history in your Health Vault, you can also provide these details prior to your Online Consultation or Ask a Paid Question services. This information will only be shared with the provider to whom you have requested the consultation or posted the question.
Your medical record is always available to print or download from your Health Vault. Simply log into your account and select your past visits.
We take utmost care in this regard. We do not store any credit or debit card information. Payments are processed via a third party payment provider that is fully compliant with Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards.
