What is Quick Advice?

Quick Advise is a 5 minute phone visit to get quick responses to your simple queries. Your doctor needs to provide access to this service by registering you as his/her patient. This service enables you to rehear the last conversation within the next 24 hours. Pay only after you have spoken to the doctor. You can do 2 follow-on calls for free. It is best suited when you have a simple query and do not require a visual examination or a prescription from the doctor. You will not be able to share any images or upload any reports as this is a phone visit.

Do you have any plans or packages?

Yes, doctor specific plans might be available at the discretion of the doctor. In this case, you wont have to pay each time you do the call but the same will be debited from your package. 

How do I connect with the doctor for Quick Advice?

How do I connect with the doctor for Quick Advice?

  • Ask your doctor to register you as a patient using our platform.
  • Once the same is done, go to your Dashboard and click on Quick Advice.
  • Here you will see the name of your doctor and the doctor code.
  • Call our IVR ‘8431200200’ and press 1 for Quick Advice.
  • Press 1 to speak to the doctor.
  • Enter the 4 digit doctor code.
  • If the doctor is available, we will connect you to the doctor.

Please follow the same process even for a follow-on call. Please note that the follow-on calls are to be done within 24 hours. Else, it will be considered a new call.

How do I rehear the last call?

  • You can rehear your last call with the doctor within 24 hours of the call.
  • Call our IVR ‘8431200200’ and press 1 for Quick Advice.
  • Press 4 to listen to the last Quick Advice call.

How do I make payment for the Quick Advice call?

  • After you complete the call with the doctor, you can go to the Message Centre – Quick Advice.
  • Here you will see the doctor name, the date and time of the call, payment amount and process payment button.
  • Click on payment button to complete the payment
  • If you have bought a package, the session will get automatically deducted from your package and you don’t have to do the payment.
  • You will be able to see the number of sessions balance from the Quick Advice page or under My Account – Packages.
