What if the patient does not come for a Clinic Appointment?

We send reminders to the patients for their clinic appointments on the day of the appointment if you have activated that option in your SMS and Email settings. However, we cannot guarantee that the patient will come for the clinic appointment. We don’t impose any penalty for a no show on the patient. 

What are the options under Clinic Appointment? What is Instant Clinic Appointment?

You have 3 options under clinic appointment:

  1. Allow patients to book instantly: You can share your calendar so that patients can book appointments instantly by selecting Instant Clinic appointment.
  2. I will confirm appointments myself: You can just share your clinic number so that patients can call and book appointments.
  3. Home Visits: You can specify if you would be ok to do home visits as well. Patients will call to book a home visit.
